These Terms govern your use of ConstructSource, a specialist construction directory platform operated by UK Business Portal Ltd (Company No. 16778506), registered at 66 Payne Way, Copthorne, Crawley, England, RH10 3YQ. UK Business Portal Ltd is the contracting entity for all paid memberships.

Memberships

Bronze membership is free. Silver and Gold are paid memberships billed monthly or annually by card through UK Business Portal Ltd. Prices are as shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Listings & review

All new listings and material edits are reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject or request changes to any listing. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you submit.

Acceptable use

You must not submit misleading, unlawful or infringing content, or use the directory for anything other than promoting a genuine construction-related business.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid membership at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Statutory cancellation rights apply where relevant.

Liability

The directory is provided "as is". UK Business Portal Ltd is not party to any contract between members and their customers and accepts no liability for such dealings.
